The scope of each project shall be defined in the quotation, proposal, invoice, or written agreement shared with the client.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Projects commence only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
Payments shall be made according to agreed milestones.
Delayed payments may result in suspension of work.
Applicable taxes including GST will be charged separately wherever applicable.

6. Project Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend upon timely client approvals, content submissions, and project communication.

Delays caused by client-side revisions, missing assets, additional requirements, or third-party dependencies may extend project timelines.

7. Client Responsibilities

Provide complete project requirements.
Supply required content, images, logos, and documents.
Review work and provide timely feedback.
Ensure ownership or licensing rights for all submitted content.

The client assumes full responsibility for any legal claims related to the content they provide.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all project files, designs, code, and creative assets remain the intellectual property of Wooble Designs until full payment has been received.

Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the completed deliverables transfers to the client, excluding licensed software, third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock assets, or proprietary tools.

Wooble Designs reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Revisions

Project quotations generally include a limited number of revisions. Requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

10. Third-Party Services

Our projects may involve third-party platforms such as Shopify, Google, Meta, Klaviyo, payment gateways, hosting providers, domain registrars, or external applications.

Wooble Designs is not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, API updates, software bugs, service interruptions, or policy changes made by third-party providers.

11. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our digital services, advance payments are generally non-refundable. Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed solely at our discretion.

Completed work, consultation fees, and delivered digital assets are not eligible for refunds.

12. Cancellation

Either party may terminate a project through written notice. Any completed work up to the cancellation date shall be invoiced accordingly.

13. Limitation of Liability

Wooble Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, website rankings, or data.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Website Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted website access, we do not guarantee continuous availability due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.

15. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Communications

By contacting Wooble Designs, you consent to receive emails or messages regarding project updates, invoices, service notifications, newsletters, and promotional communications. You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.

17. Prohibited Activities

Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Distribute malicious software.
Copy or reproduce our content without permission.
Violate intellectual property rights.
Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

18. Force Majeure

Wooble Designs shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, government actions, labor disputes, or pandemics.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
