Exchange Policy

At Wooble Designs, we specialize in providing customized digital services tailored to each client's unique business requirements. Since our services are developed specifically for individual projects, they cannot be exchanged in the same way as physical products.

Please read this Exchange Policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

1. No Exchange for Digital Services

All services offered by Wooble Designs are custom-built digital solutions. Once a project has commenced, purchased services cannot be exchanged for another service, product, or monetary value.

2. Scope Modifications

If you wish to modify your project requirements after work has started, we will evaluate the requested changes.

Minor changes within the original project scope will be accommodated wherever possible.
Major changes or additional features may require a revised quotation and timeline.
Any new functionality outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work.

3. Service Upgrades

Clients may upgrade their existing service package at any stage of the project. The additional cost will be calculated based on the upgraded requirements, and the project timeline may be revised accordingly.

4. Revision Instead of Exchange

Rather than offering exchanges, Wooble Designs provides revisions within the agreed project scope to ensure the delivered work meets the client's expectations.

Revisions are available as specified in your proposal or agreement.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
Requests outside the approved scope will be treated as new work.

5. Third-Party Products & Services

Third-party products or services such as Shopify themes, premium apps, plugins, software licenses, hosting services, domain registrations, or payment gateway subscriptions cannot be exchanged through Wooble Designs. Any exchange or replacement for such products is subject to the respective third-party provider's policies.

6. Quality Assurance

Our priority is delivering high-quality digital solutions. If you encounter any issues related to the delivered work within the agreed project scope, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve valid concerns through revisions, bug fixes, or technical support where applicable.
